Equipped with cutting-edge QA/QC equipment, our advanced laboratory conducts precise analysis of material properties. From physical, thermal, and rheological characteristics to analytical, mechanical, and color matching capabilities, we ensure rigorous testing for quality control and product development. Our state-of-the-art QA/QC equipment ensures precise analysis of materials across various properties, guaranteeing exceptional quality control. From physical properties like melt flow index, spiral flow, specific gravity, ash content, shrinkage, and weatherability to thermal properties such as heat deflection temperature and Vicat softening point, we conduct thorough evaluations. We also utilize advanced rheological properties testing, including Brabender Mixer Plastograph Electronic Torque Rheometry and Twin Bore Capillary Rheometry. Analytical properties like Fourier Transform Infra Red Spectrometer (FTIR), Thermographic Analysis (TGA), Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), and Gel Permeation Chromatography (GPC) provide further insight. Additionally, our mechanical properties assessments cover tensile strength, elongation, flexural strength, modulus, impact resistance, compression set, tear strength, and hardness. We even offer color and aesthetics matching capabilities using Erichsen Scratch Equipment, Colour Spectrophotometer, and Colour Booth Glossometer.
