KK Bio Polymer Compounds are a series of innovative formulations that prioritize sustainability. Our Bio Polymer Compounds utilize bio-renewable monomers and synthetic bio-polymers, making them environmentally friendly. These compounds, such as BIO K 501 and BIO K 502, provide sustainable alternatives to traditional plastic materials. Their key feature is full compostability, with decomposition occurring within 1 to 12 months. Polylactic acid (PLA), polybutylene succinate (PBS), and polybutylene adipate terephthalate (PBAT) are some of the components used in these compounds. For example, BIO K 501 is a compound that combines PBAT, modified with PLA, and mixed with natural minerals. On the other hand, BIO K 502 is a compound based on PLA-modified resin and natural minerals. These compounds offer sustainable alternatives for various applications, contributing to a greener future.
