1975

Mumbai

The KK Group was founded in the 1970s by the Chandan family to manufacture Polymer Compounds under the brand name of KK Plastics and specialized in transparent PVC Compounds.
 
1984

Silvassa, U.T.

By this year KK group added another manufacturing setup in the Union Territory of Silvassa to cater more demand for PVC Compounds & also to manufacture Colour masterbatches. 
 
1994

Reinventing in the Post-Liberalisation Era

Post Liberalisation era KK group re-invented itself with the name of “Technovinyl Polymers India Ltd” & moved out of Mumbai to a larger manufacturing facility in the industrial zone of Silvassa (D&NH).

1996

Pune, MH

This year marked diversification into the extrusion business where KK Group started manufacturing Gaskets & Profiles for the Appliance Markets.

2000's

TPE Compounds and Localisation Projects in the New Millennium

In the new millennium KK expanded its product range to offer TPE Compounds & was engaged in a lot of localisation projects with major MNC’s for their Indian requirements as an import substitute. 

2007

Customer-Driven Expansion

Driven by customers’ demand KK came up with a major investment in the form of a New Plant designed as per FDA Norms a Clean Room Setup. With the addition of this new plant (Unit II) our installed capacity was increased to 5000 MT. 
2016

Achieving Milestones

Important year as we cleared the SMETA audit & achieved SEDEX Compliance. 
2018

Rebranding

Technovinyl Polymers India Ltd embarks on a new era as it undergoes a momentous name change to KK Kompounding Tech Giant Ltd, solidifying its position as an industry leader after four decades of excellence.
2021

Post Pandemic Era

We went ahead with another major investment to cater to the increasing demand of TPE, TPV, TPO, TPU, HFFR, PP & PVC Compounds. By this additional facility (Unit III) our production capacity increased to 20,000 MT.
