PVC finds extensive application in footwear, particularly in the production of soles. Additionally, PVC’s versatility allows for the creation of different designs and styles, catering to the diverse needs and preferences of consumers.
K-Vinyl Series for PVC Compounds for footwear are highly flexible material with a matte finish and dry feel, offering skid resistance in both wet and dry conditions, low temperature flexibility down to -50°C, exceptional resistance to abrasion, oil, fuel, and hydrocarbons, while meeting safety shoe specifications according to DIN 4843 and BS 6159.
K-Prene D is a high-quality TPR material used in footwear, characterized by its high flow, absence of surface defects, luxurious appearance and texture, hardness ranging from 75 Sh A to 30 Sh A, remarkable flexibility, as well as excellent resistance to cracking and abrasion.
K-Blend is a custom designed SEBS Based Modifier, it exhibits high elongation and flexibility, enhanced wear resistance, ease of processability, and is compatible with raw materials such as EPDM, EVA, and SBR, making it a versatile material for various applications. It has Improved Rebound Resilience, Enhanced Low temperature flexibility & Soft touch, Better Cross-linking, Uniform Cell Structure & Reduced Compression Set.
